Tom Craine’s new show Thoughts on Love (By a Man with None of the Answers) is a hilarious account of how he became a dating expert for Cosmopolitan Magazine and how a subsequent arrest at Belfast International Airport led him to reconsider his attitude to love and dating.

Extremely witty and even containing some emotive sections, Craine questions whether the British public take dating too seriously and, in a way, provides some surprisingly good advice near the end of the show.

Having performed at the Fringe previously not only as a solo act but as part of comedy trio Jigsaw it is clear Craine is comfortable performing his material throughout most of the show however there is the odd stumble here and there. The venue is very intimate and as such it is very easy for the audience to feel included in the performance.

Overall Craine has provided yet another high standard performance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival full of humorous anecdotes that help to deliver his own brand of observational humour.
